DeSilva Gates Construction annually performs in excess of $100 million of Public Works Projects throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area and Central Valley. The majority of these projects are for the State of California Department of Transportation. Some of DeSilva Gates' major projects have included the $50 million dollar reconstruction of the Route 880/237 Interchange in Milpitas, the $50 million dollar widening of Route 880 in San Jose and the $25 million dollar widening of Highway 101 in San Mateo County. DeSilva Gates and its affiliates have performed runway and taxiway reconstruction projects at all three major Bay Area Airports and have performed rail projects on the B.A.R.T., Caltrain and San Jose Light Rail lines. Additionally, projects have included street widening and reconstruction projects for virtually all of the cities and counties in our market area.
